The dashboard provides real-time information to help you monitor market conditions. Under the Master section, you will see a list of available regions based on your subscription. - Double-click the Market Region name, or
- Click the three vertical dots next to the Market Region and select Launch Dashboard.
Chart
The chart visualizes data over time. The horizontal axis represents time. The vertical axis present one scale for demand (expressed in MW) to the left and another for price (expressed in $/MWh) to the right. The available streams vary by market region. Streams are organized in the legend into three columns:
- Left column: Actual and forecast price streams
- Right column: Actual and forecast peak demand streams
- Middle column: Actual and forecast demand streams
Hover over any point on the chart to display the data values for each stream at that specific time. You can control which streams appear on the chart using the colored circles in the legend. Click a circle icon to toggle the stream on or off.
- Solid circle: Stream is On and visible on the chart
- Outlined circle: Stream is Off and hidden from the chart
Move through the chart to view data from different points in time using the navigation arrows located at the bottom corners of the chart.
- < Scroll backward in time
- > Scroll forward in time
- >> Jump to the furthest forecasted data point available
The Zoom Select buttons, located below the chart on the right side, allow you to quickly change the chart view to preset time ranges. Available options range from 6 hours to 30 days. Click a zoom option to update the dashboard view. At any time, you can refresh to return the chart to its default view.
Note: Selecting a larger date range may display a large number of data points, which can make the chart harder to read.
Select the CSV button to export the data points of visible streams on the power demand chart into a CSV file format.
Callouts
Callouts are informational displays that highlight important data for a specific market region. These fields are not customizable and may vary depending on the program. Callouts appear below the chart on the dashboard. Available callouts include:

- Current DROP Remaining: countdown timer activates during an active DROP period. It also counts down to the second. It is blank if the current time is not within a DROP
- Real Time Load: indicates the real–time demand across the entire PJM grid
- Supply Cushion MW (Current): indicates the real–time difference between demand and supply
- System Marginal Price (Current): indicates the real–time price for the most recent 1–minute interval
