Meet the New Auto Refresh Feature

We have just enhanced our Enel X Demand Response Application to provide you with a smoother experience in Trends.  

Introducing the new Auto Refresh feature! This enhancement enables interval data to update in real-time, eliminating the need to manually refresh your screen. Learn how to use this new feature!

1. Log in to the Enel X Demand Response Application.

2. Navigate to the menu in the top right corner of your page, and select Trends.

3. Select a site, date range, and data interval. This feature is automatically activated when a you select an interval of 15 minutes or less. You'll find a convenient checkbox to the right of the interval dropdown labeled Auto Refresh.

4. The auto-refresh will occur at the same cadence as the selected interval.  If you choose an interval less than 30 seconds, the page will still refresh every 30 seconds to maintain graph readability. If you prefer not to have the graph update automatically, simply uncheck the Auto Refresh box next to the interval dropdown.
