IESO Testing Rules

Effective May 1, 2024, the IESO has implemented a Capacity Test where your performance will impact your seasonal earnings. This is in addition to the standard Dispatch Test (Audit) that occurs up to twice per season. See below for a brief overview of the activation types and what to expect heading into the demand response season.
