Customer Offer Management (COM) User Guide

Customer Offer Management (COM) is designed to allow you to have more control over your own data and schedule.

Why You Need It:

• Expedites the settlement and data collection process
• Empowers you to manage your own schedule
• Ensures you are only notified of dispatches when you are available
• Earnings are adjusted based on your availability

How to View Your Offer Schedule

1. Go to apps.enelx.com and navigate to the menu in the top right corner of your page, and select Customer Offer Management.  For a shortcut to the offer management page, bookmark https://customer-offers.apps.enelx.com/. 

2. The Open tab shows offers actively being submitted into the market. Select the appropriate service accounts at your site(s) from the Registrations/Registration Sets dropdown menu.

3. Select the Schedule tab to view your weekly offer schedule. 

How to Action an Opt Out for Any Given Day

4. On the Open tab, select the week for which you are updating offers and select the purple Edit button in the top right corner. To opt-out for a day, select the box at the top left of the column. The day will be shaded gray once selected. Select Confirm. (Note: Once confirmed, registrations cannot be opted back in.)

5. If you need to opt-out for days that are outside the selected time frame, select the appropriate week and repeat step 4.
