How to View Active Dispatches

1. Log in to Enel X Flex at https://apps.enelx.com. On the left of your page, select >> to expand the navigation pane and select Dispatch to expand your selections. Select Active Dispatches. You can also access it directly at https://active-dispatches.apps.enelx.com/performance

2. To view your site's performance in real time and ensure you stay at your target throughout the dispatch, select the Dispatch Performance tab. The performance banner at the top of the page will indicate how your site is performing. The key below the graph provides additional details:

• Baseline: A measurement of how much energy your site would have demanded if it was not dispatched. These vary per program and are designed to be a guideline for how your site would normally operate under that day’s conditions.
• Demand: Your site's real-time energy usage.
• Target: The reduction level your site is expected to remain at or below throughout the dispatch.
• Ramp Period: The period prior to the start of dispatch in which you implement your energy reduction plan.

3. For a list view of ongoing and upcoming dispatches for your site(s), select Show site list to expand the DR Participation List pane. You can also sort by specific variables to organize the list in a way that works best for you.

If multiple sites are participating in the same dispatch, they will appear within a single tile. The performance displayed on the tile reflects the combined performance across all participating sites.

4. To view performance for each site participating in the event, select Show Sites. This will expand the participation list and display individual tiles for each site, showing how each site is performing and your target reduction. Click on a tile to populate the dispatch performance graph.

5. Scroll down to view your Participation Details. Your energy reduction plan outlines the actions your site will take to meet its demand response target. Be sure to review the site-level contacts configured to receive event notifications.
