How Do I Update My Email Address?

You can update the email address used for dispatch notifications, along with other contact information, directly in Enel X Flex.

1. Log in to the Enel X Flex at https://apps.enelx.com/. Select your initial in the top right hand corner and select My User Profile.

2. Select Edit.

3. Scroll down to the Contact Information section.  Insert your preferred email address in the field and select Save. 

Note: At this time, usernames cannot be updated directly within the application. If you need to change your username, please contact our Support Team for assistance.
