You now have the ability to customize the notifications you receive and how you receive them. This means you can choose which subscriptions are most important to you and select your preferred delivery method.

How to Update Your Preferences
1. Log in to Enel X Flex at https://apps.enelx.com. Click your initial in the top right hand corner and select My User Profile.
2. My User Profile allows you to adjust your contact information, user settings, and subscriptions methods. Select the Edit button and expand the Contact Information section to see your list of current subscriptions.
3. For each site, you can individually assign subscriptions by checking the boxes under the preferred notification method. You will not be able to check a box if the notification method lacks corresponding contact information. (Example: if you do not have mobile phone number listed, you will not be able to select a text subscription)
4. You can also assign or remove subscriptions to multiple sites simultaneously. Select the checkbox to the left of the sites you wish to update. Navigate to the subscription method you’d like to add or remove and select the down arrow.
5. Select Assign all Notification Types to Selections to add the notification method or Unassign all Notification Types From Selections to remove the notification method to the sites selected.
6. Once your changes are complete, select the Save button. You can update your subscriptions at any time to ensure you only receive the notifications that matter to you.
