Starting June 1, 2023
Each year, PJM requires a test to demonstrate your ability to deliver your fully enrolled kW value – this is a payment-setting audit. PJM has released several changes to the Emergency Load Response Program (ELRP) audit scheduling process, which will take effect on June 1, 2023. Below is a summary of those changes, along with some context for how Enel expects this to impact your experience in the program.

Program Seasons & Timing
- Summer: June – October & May, 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (ET)
- Winter: November – April, 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM (ET)
Important Notes:
- PJM may test different utility zones at different times and will rotate the season you are tested each year.
- If you do not have a Winter Peak Load (WPL) and cannot be enrolled in the winter, you will not be tested in a winter month.
- There will be no change to your payment calculation and timing.
